What Are Styles?
Jujutsu Shenanigans calls its playable characters Styles and uses epithet names from Jujutsu Kaisen lore. Satoru Gojo is the Honored One, Yuji Itadori is the Vessel, and Mahito is Perfection. Each Style has a unique moveset, awakening transformation, and combo routes that define how you fight in public Shinjuku and Duels arenas.
Unlike many Roblox anime games, every Style is free — no gacha, no Robux wall for characters. Restless Gambler is the only Early Access gamepass Style. Mahoraga and Monkey Kid are exclusive to Overpowered mode. Skill, not spending, determines who wins.
Style Categories
The roster divides into four categories: 13 Complete Styles with full awakening movesets and domain expansions, 6 Base Only Styles awaiting future updates (like Star Rage and Locust Guy), 1 Early Access gamepass Style (Restless Gambler), and 2 Overpowered mode exclusives (Mahoraga and Monkey Kid).
Complete Styles receive balance patches and new combo routes regularly. The V1.76 Black Death update added Kurourushi as a Complete Style and fully reworked Cursed Partners (Yuta). True Cannon was released free to all players in the same patch.

Choosing Your Main
New players should start with the Honored One — unblockable skills, consistent damage, and Infinite Void awakening teach fundamentals without punishing mistakes harshly. Aggressive players gravitate toward the Vessel and Black Death. Zoning specialists prefer Blood Manipulator and True Cannon. Summoner enthusiasts commit to Ten Shadows.
Try multiple Styles in public lobbies before committing. Style swapping is free and instant from the character selector. Your main should match your preferred pace: rushdown, zoning, setup, or gamble.
